Week 2 - Days 5 & 6

Chest and Back + AB X on day 5 and Kemp and plyometrics on day 6.

What can i say i felt like i had a TON of energy on day 6 so pulled a double. Man I love
plyometrics so think I am going to fit that in 4 times a week. I felt GREAT. Completed it all and it was SOO fun. Has to be my favorite by far.

  1. Plyo is easily my favorite exercise of what I've done so far. Tomorrow is Yoga, which I think my least favorite. Glad to see you pushing like mad, but don't burn yourself out! :)

    I am far from ready to do doubles. Congrats!
