It was shoulders, biceps and triceps day last night. Actually, I can handle this workout fairly well with pretty good form.
While the shoulders and arms went well, my AB-X session was pathetic. I think I even went backwards on my progress. I was definitely suckin'! I made it through all the exercises, however, my form was ugly and I wasn't keeping up with the reps. I really had to push extremely hard to get to the end.
Also my lower back OUCH... Not sure if its that my abs are weak. Or what but i find my lower back starts to painfully hurt before i feel it in my abs... argh. Or maybe its my form, but pretty sure i am doing exactly what they are...
Frakin Yoga tonight. I really hate yoga.
