Here is my workout today:
Mood - Half Ass. I am just drained.
Yoga warm up - 15 minutes (didn't bring it, didn't push myself)Warrior, runner lunges, downward dog, plank to pushup. (again - just meh could not hold shit last night - kept breaking the warrior poses)
Hook upper side kicks - brought this one 100%
Kick front & Back - brought this one 100%
Jab, cross, hooks, uppercut - brought this one 100%
3 Direction kicks - brought this one 100%
Airborne heisman - brought this one 100%
Swing kicks - brought this one 100%
Jump shots - brought this one 100%
Wide tires - love these, so brought it was well 100%
Wacky jacks- are way to fun - i love these so much..so took that 100% as well.
Ohhh well, overall was a decent work out, could have brought it more..really need to work on my energy level.
