Week 3 - Day 1

Made it into week 3!

Noticing no weight loss or anything. But I do feel stronger.

Core Synergistics Yesterday - WOW !!! Prison pushup that gave me so much trouble last week were a walk in the friggen park... kept up till the end.... BRING IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Week 2 - Days 5 & 6

Chest and Back + AB X on day 5 and Kemp and plyometrics on day 6.

What can i say i felt like i had a TON of energy on day 6 so pulled a double. Man I love
plyometrics so think I am going to fit that in 4 times a week. I felt GREAT. Completed it all and it was SOO fun. Has to be my favorite by far.

Week 2 - Day 4 - Yoga X

Went really well last night minus the god forsaken heat. Found my wrists were hurting alot so had to push through that pain. Did more push ups sets in between the downward dogs then last time as well that felt good. And the ab portion at the end was wicked this time, I kept up with NO problem, yay for abs getting stronger!

Sweated my ass off as usual.

Ohhh Got wolf whistled at today when i was crossing the street to my work. That made me smile and feel great. Got me ready to get home and do Chest, Arms and back.

Going to try to push for 4-5 chin ups today....ROFL.. I SAID TRY

Week 2 - Day 3 - Shoulder and Arms + Ab Ripper X

It was shoulders, biceps and triceps day last night. Actually, I can handle this workout fairly well with pretty good form.


While the shoulders and arms went well, my AB-X session was pathetic. I think I even went backwards on my progress. I was definitely suckin'! I made it through all the exercises, however, my form was ugly and I wasn't keeping up with the reps. I really had to push extremely hard to get to the end.

Also my lower back OUCH... Not sure if its that my abs are weak. Or what but i find my lower back starts to painfully hurt before i feel it in my abs... argh. Or maybe its my form, but pretty sure i am doing exactly what they are...

Frakin Yoga tonight. I really hate yoga.

Week 2 - Day 2 - Cardio X

My Energy is zapped. Literally gone. I had an easier time getting through Cardio X in the first week. Not sure if its the heat or my diet or what. But I am lifeless. Extremely tired.

Here is my workout today:

Mood - Half Ass. I am just drained.
Yoga warm up - 15 minutes (didn't bring it, didn't push myself)
Warrior, runner lunges, downward dog, plank to pushup. (again - just meh could not hold shit last night - kept breaking the warrior poses)
Hook upper side kicks - brought this one 100%
Kick front & Back - brought this one 100%
Jab, cross, hooks, uppercut - brought this one 100%
3 Direction kicks - brought this one 100%
Airborne heisman - brought this one 100%
Swing kicks - brought this one 100%
Jump shots - brought this one 100%
Wide tires - love these, so brought it was well 100%
Wacky jacks- are way to fun - i love these so much..so took that 100% as well.

Ohhh well, overall was a decent work out, could have brought it more..really need to work on my energy level.

A Whole New Week. Week 2 - Day 1

Today it was Core Synergistics. This kicked my ass, and then stomped on my ass, and handed my ass back to me and said 'Here's your ass back, you suck and you need to work harder.'

Really need to get my pushups stronger. I can't keep up and its making me mad. Not to mention the prison push ups...argh!!! Not sure if I was just sore from all the push ups I did at my RCMP Pare training on Sunday or what..but I was shaking and my energy just wasn't there. I should have pushed myself harder, but i just bonked instead and fell to my mat and died...

Did make it through to the bonus round though. But again..when you have to hold the push up..i tried but ended up on my belly cause it hurt so bad and the arm shaking was uncontrollable. lol Looks like I have alot of work to do.

Did not even my shuttle runs after this work out. I just went down made my shake .. came back up stairs and vegg'd out till bed time.

Feel a little bit better this morning, we will see what Cardio X holds for me.

Ohhh ya....grumbles I have gained 4 lbs..WTF.... God i hope its muscle. I have been eating really well, if not really going to have to look at my food intake cause something is wrong...

Day 7 - NO REST FOR THE WICKED

According to the P90X book today was supposed to be a stretch day/rest day.

I am exhausted was supposed to be a rest day for me but I had my RCMP pare practice runs/cardio hell. To be honest what we did put Cardio X to shame.. i never stopped movin for 1.5 hrs..running..side stepping..jumping, stairs, vaulting myself over 3' vaults, hurdles..shuttle runs, lunges..push ups... sigh.. lol horrible yet i felt alive after.

sigh i think i am going to curl up with my dog n watch a movie and sleep...exhausted

not to mention i slammed my knee on the vault when i was tired...got ice on it right now but MAN its going to leave a mark...
