How the day went.
Wow, that was alot harder then I thought. I don't think its legal to do that many push ups of any form. I had to modify alot. ALOT. Was kind of discouraging not being able to keep up. But Rome was not built in a day right? Just going to have to keep bringing it and push harder.
zomg and the Superman/Banana Roll ??!!! I wanted to Kill Tony...I was in so much pain...SO MEAN!!! heh
Ok and the Dreya Roll .... ha ha ha i could not get back on my feet after i went down without crossing my legs...hrmmm gunna have to work on that..
Anyway Day 1 is out of the way. Day 2. Cardio X here I come.
Little sore today, thought it would be worse. I still have upper body mobility, that has to be a plus.

on the drey rool I had a hard time getting up also ,but it does get easier in the 3rd week..Love you Alona
