Day 5 - Legs and Back + Ab Ripper X

This workout was TOUGH! There were times when my legs were absolutely on FIRE (Wall Squats, I am talking about you - P.S. I hate you).

I decided to suck it up and not use the bands and try the pull ups reg style. It kicked my ass but I kept getting 3 reps of each in...was so excited cause I have never been able to do these in my life!!

AB-X was really rough after this work out. My legs were like jelly and were on fire was really hard to do the bicycle ab portion, i kept having to put my legs down. Ohhh well, if nothing it has to get easier right!!!!

Up next (this morning), Kenpo X. Let's hope this one is more challenging than the Cardio X! Alona is coming over and we are going to bring it together on this workout, heh should be FUN!

Day 4 - Yoga X

Holy mother of God, I'm tired this morning. It's funny -- I never slept much before. I hope I'm getting enough sleep. This increase in activity is definitely requiring my body to get some more rest.

Last nights workout was Yoga X. Normally, I thought "Sweet, this will be an easy day," but I knew from Alona and some of the yoga moves from previous workouts that this would not be the case. It also a 90-min workout, so that alone was challenging.

I really was hoping that it would not be as challenging as it was .. I mean its Yoga right?! So that's just stretching and standing still and saying the word "Om," right? Hell no. My heart rate was not up as much as when I am doing cardio or weights, but lord I was sweating ..literally sweat was dripping on to my mat.

On the plus side i did find out i was really flexible, but I definitely have a long way to go when it comes to this stuff.

Day 3 - Shoulders and arms/AbX

Shoulders and Arms.- This one was alot easier then I thought. Felt the burn though. Pushed through it, I really need to get me some heavier weights this weekend though, I am KNOW I can push 10lbs, 5 was just well ...too easy so i switched over to the resistance bands I had and that is when I started to feel the burn not intensely but enough.

Man I had to laugh a Tony with the how much his head weighs comment and how there is nothing in it, i am just glad he made that joke during Shoulders and Arms and not AB X or i would have swore at him again lol...


AB-X - KICKED MY ASS. I so need ALOT of work here, could not even keep up. sigh. Really looks to be a problem area for me. Going to keep pushing myself though to try and keep up more each time. I swear at one time my ABS were going to pop or rib outta my stomach...

Yoga tonight a whole whopping 1.5 hrs of it....grumbles...hahah ok i should not grumble i have not done it before, but Alona well you make it seem NOT so fun -giggles-

Day 2 - Cardio X

CARDIO X DONE!!! DONE!! FEEL GREAT! Played hard and brought it!! Feel great, sweating hard. Pouring sweat. So attractive lol..

Abs are in a little bit of pain..more superman/banana rolls ....sigh lol....OUCH... i seriously want to kill him when we do those...

Shoulders & Arms & Ab Ripper X Tonight.. ROFL my abs already hurts so much from those superman banana rolls heh this should be SO much fun...

Let you know if i survive...

After the work out I will have to do some sprinting as well in the back yard - 10 rounds of shuttle runs should do it...

Day 1 - Core Synergistics

Weight: 172lbs (sigh - that pic on the right i was 155lbs) argh... but beats 315lbs right?!

How the day went.

Wow, that was alot harder then I thought. I don't think its legal to do that many push ups of any form. I had to modify alot. ALOT. Was kind of discouraging not being able to keep up. But Rome was not built in a day right? Just going to have to keep bringing it and push harder.

Superman/Banana Roll ??!!! I wanted to Kill Tony...I was in so much pain...SO MEAN!!! heh

Ok and the Dreya Roll .... ha ha ha i could not get back on my feet after i went down without crossing my legs...hrmmm gunna have to work on that..

Anyway Day 1 is out of the way. Day 2. Cardio X here I come.

Little sore today, thought it would be worse. I still have upper body mobility, that has to be a plus.
